Congrats! You found the secret spot on my website that tells you about my love for butterflies...
The butterfly in my logo is more than just a symbol. Many know that I have an obsession with butterflies, but few people know why. My father passed away when I was just ten years old. Soon after, I went to a camp with other children that were going through what I went through. it was called Katerpillar Kids Camp and it changed my life. This is where my obsession began. Whenever I see a butterfly, it reminds me to be thankful and that change is ok.
When you lose someone, all you have are pictures. I loved looking at images of me and dad and how similar we looked. I loved that he passed down his red hair and freckled skin to me. This sparked something in me and from that point on you would always see me with a camera. I wanted to capture memories because one day I knew it would be all I - and those I loved - had.
Today, my promise to you is to treat your images as if they were my own. There should be a cost when investing in great images, because the memories you have to look back on will be priceless.
